Located in the unique atmosphere of Cappadocia and inspired by the philosophy of “Exactly Like Nothing Else,” Fortuna of Cappadocia – Autograph Collection by Marriott is looking for a  Marketing Manager to join our team.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism Management, Communications, or related fields,
• Preferably experienced in international chain hotels and luxury hospitality brands, with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing management,
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, social media, content creation, and campaign planning,
• Experience in positioning luxury lifestyle brands and creating innovative marketing strategies,
• Proficient in market analysis, competitor research, and performance reporting,
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills,
• Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset,
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic work environment,
• Team-oriented with strong leadership and interpersonal skills,
• Flexibility to adapt to varying working hours when required,
• Committed to Marriott International brand standards and sustainability principles,
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an asset,
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and execute marketing strategies in line with Marriott International and Autograph Collection brand standards,
• Manage all digital and traditional marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning,
• Oversee social media platforms, website content, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials,
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and external partners to maximize revenue opportunities,
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest insights to identify new business opportunities,
• Plan and manage photo shoots, brand collaborations, PR activities, and promotional events,
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports and performance analyses,
• Ensure all brand communications reflect the unique identity and luxury experience of the Autograph Collection philosophy,
• Contribute to delivering an exceptional and memorable guest experiences through innovative marketing initiatives.
