Position Overview:

We are seeking an Engagement Specialist to enhance employee engagement, strengthen team motivation, and foster a positive work environment within our call center. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that improve the overall employee experience, managing internal communication processes, and driving engagement strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategies to increase employee engagement and satisfaction

· Plan and execute motivational activities, campaigns, and organizational events

· Collect, analyze, and act on employee feedback to drive continuous improvement

· Manage and enhance internal communication processes

· Support marketing initiatives acting as a point of contact for global marketing strategy

· Collaborate with team leaders to improve team performance and engagement levels

· Lead and manage Employee Experience (EX) projects

· Monitor and report on engagement and satisfaction KPIs

Qualifications:

· English skills C1 level

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

· Preferably experienced in a call center or service-oriented environment

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence

· Excellent organizational and planning abilities

· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Proficiency in MS Office applications

· Energetic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
