Job Description
• Understanding customers’ needs and expectations, and translating them into high-quality products and services
• Recommending alternative solutions when needed to meet customer requirements
• Coordinating the end-to-end order process and managing product specifications
• Acting as the main point of contact between Sales, Planning, Production, R&D, Quality, and Logistics departments
• Managing inquiries and information requests from Planning, Production, and Quality departments in a timely manner
• Responding to customer inquiries, sample requests, and orders in a professional and timely manner
• Proactively communicating potential issues with Sales teams and supporting solution development
• Providing technical and product optimization support to Sales teams
