Accounts Payable Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Manage vendor accounts and respond to supplier inquiries.
• Prepare and perform vendor statement reconciliations.
• Support payment runs and ensure compliance with payment terms.
• Follow up on invoice approvals and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Cooperate with internal departments and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and active driving skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dilovası, Kocaeli.
