Hyatt Regency Istanbul Atakoy invites you to lead and elevate our luxurious spa experience as our Spa Manager. In this key leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of spa operations, ensuring the highest level of service, guest satisfaction, and profitability. Key Responsibilities:

              •            Oversee daily operations of the spa, including treatments, facilities, and retail.

              •            Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, manage budgets, and control costs.

              •            Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and personalized care.

              •            Recruit, train, and manage a team of therapists, receptionists, and spa attendants.

              •            Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.

              •            Develop spa treatment menus, promotions, and marketing strategies in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team.

              •            Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

              •            Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of products and equipment.

Qualifications:

              •            Proven experience in spa management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.

              •            Strong leadership and team management skills.

              •            Excellent organizational and financial management abilities.

              •            Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness trends.

              •            Exceptional communication and guest service skills.

              •            Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

              •            Relevant certifications or training in spa and wellness management are an advantage.
