We are looking for a "Residence Manager" to be based at Kempinski Residences Balmumcu, İstanbul, who will embrace our luxury service philosophy and manage operations in alignment with Kempinski standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for managing the property in accordance with Kempinski standards, within the framework of policies and procedures determined by the Head Office.

The role entails ensuring that operational and administrative workflows run smoothly and in line with the approved budget, while leading the entire team to deliver a work performance that complies with the standards set by the Head Office regarding service quality, guest, and staff satisfaction.

• Strategic Management: Works collaboratively with the team to establish sustainable business processes and systems that support strategy implementation.

• Budget & Finance: Operates within the residential budget and monitors compliance with financial targets.

• Property & Operations Management: Manages the luxury residential properties and all departments operating within the property; ensures investment protection and aims to enhance property value by delivering high-quality maintenance services.

• Guest Satisfaction: Creates an environment in all common areas of the residences that meets or exceeds the expectations of guests. Manages the implementation of solutions aimed at continuously improving departmental results to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree (preferably in Tourism/Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields),
• Minimum 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury residences, or asset/property management sectors,
• Excellent command of English (written, spoken, and reading),
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Solid knowledge of legal legislation regarding property and building management (e.g., Condominium Law,
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills,
• Proven track record in team management, motivation, and people development,
• Strategic thinker with strong planning and prioritization skills,
• Strong representation skills with a professional and corporate image,
• Highly adaptable and open to change and development,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-oriented service mindset,
• Culturally sensitive with global communication skills,
• Resilient under pressure with excellent stress and crisis management abilities.
