GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

•  Graduated from Fine Arts or Fashion Design Department,
•  Minimum 2 years of experience in the field,
•  Proficient in English,
•  Proficient in Technical Drawing,
•  Proficient in MS Office programs,
•  Creative with an aesthetic perspective,
•  Follows fashion and new trends,
•  Knowledgeable in pattern-making, sewing, and fabrics at an advanced level,
•  Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment,
•  Willingness to travel.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•  Keeping up with global fashion, industry developments, and innovations,
•  Identifying fabric patterns and supporting the production process,
•  Assisting in the product development and collection creation process,
•  Participating in fittings of produced models and supporting the finalization of the designs,
•  Identifying fabric swatches received after fairs, determining fabric groups, assisting in setting prices on swatches, and preparing them according to price groups,
•  Creating visual R&D files for collection development,
•  Visiting fairs and conducting general processing, lace, and accessory R&D with manufacturers and creating archives,
•  Tracking developed patterns, processes, and accessories,
•  Supporting in the formation of collection themes and controlling data entries.
