Talent Acquisition Specialist – US OperationsAbout Cleopatra Ink

Cleopatra Ink is one of the world's fastest-growing tattoo and piercing brands, operating more than 120 studios across 17 countries, including 50+ locations throughout the United States.

As we continue expanding across the U.S., we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment for our American operations from Türkiye.

In this role, you will work closely with our U.S. Operations and Studio Managers to identify, interview, and recruit talented employees for our growing network of studios.

Job Description

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple U.S. studio locations.

• Publish and manage job postings on Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and other recruitment platforms.

• Source qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.

• Proactively identify passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, referrals, networking, and other sourcing methods.

• Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications.

• Conduct professional interviews in English via phone and video calls.

• Assess candidates based on experience, communication skills, cultural fit, and company standards.

• Present shortlisted candidates to Studio Managers for final interviews.

• Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Maintain recruitment databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Support onboarding and pre-employment documentation.

• Prepare weekly recruitment reports and hiring updates.

• Partner with Operations Managers to understand staffing priorities.

• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment efficiency.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.

• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote international environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications will be considered an advantage:

• Previous recruitment experience for U.S.-based companies.

• Previous employment with an American company.

• Education, work, or living experience in the United States.

• Knowledge of U.S. employment practices and labor laws.

• Experience recruiting for retail, hospitality, healthcare, beauty, restaurant, or service industries.

• Experience supporting multi-location operations.

• High-volume recruitment experience.

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Employer, ZipRecruiter, or similar sourcing platforms.

• Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools.

Working Schedule

This position supports our U.S. operations.

Applicants should be comfortable working schedules that partially overlap with U.S. business hours in order to communicate effectively with candidates and our U.S.-based management team.
