We are looking for a candidate for the position of Executive Chef, who knows modern service techniques by carrying out activities to increase guest satisfaction

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferably with experience in an international hotel).
• Minimum 5 years of kitchen management experience, preferably in luxury hotels or restaurants.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Proven experience in budget and cost control management.
• Excellent communication skills and an innovative mindset.
• A guest-focused approach to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Required

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Tourism and Hotel Management or Tourism and Hotel Management Vocational School of Universities,
• Good command of English & Russian,
• Be creative, energetic and solution oriented,
• Ability to use MS Office applications at an advanced level,
• Ability to keep abreast of developing trends and the ability to continuously improve oneself and the team,
• Open to innovation, technology and training,
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Customer focused with strong communication skills,
