Export Sales Specialist

We are looking for an Export Sales Specialist to join our growing Export Sales team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities in international markets, developing new customer relationships, and actively contributing to business development initiatives. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field,
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales and/or export sales experience, preferably in Building Systems, Plumbing Systems, PPRC Piping Systems, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), or Construction Materials,
- Knowledge of export processes and international trade practices,
- Advanced written and spoken English and Arabic skills,
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills,
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset,
- Strong planning, organizational, and analytical thinking skills,
- Willingness to travel internationally,
- Valid driver’s license and active driving ability,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Job Description
- Plan, execute, and develop sales activities for the Building Systems product group in assigned export markets,
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network,
- Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with contractors, project developers, consultants, and installers,
- Conduct customer visits, deliver product presentations, and organize technical introductions,
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and effectively manage the sales process,
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, customer visits, and industry events,
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business development efforts,
- Work closely with relevant departments to ensure efficient operational processes and high customer satisfaction,
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s export growth objectives.
