JOB SUMMARY

As a representative of the Food and Beverage team, the Barback is responsible for delivering five star luxury lifestyle guest service experiences for guests. The role involves actively assisting the bartenders before and throughout service as well as ensuring a high level of cleanliness and ensuring enough products, equipment and ingredients are available at all times. Works with the team to continually improve guest satisfaction and the delivery of five star service.  As an entry level position and as key member of the hotels service team it is the employees responsibility to use initiative and a proactive approach to ensure we always give our guests unique and original experiences.
