Support process mapping, analysis, and documentation activities:

• Identify improvement areas and propose actionable solutions.
• Ensure processes are followed up and compliance is maintained across teams.
• Track and report process metrics and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
• Conduct as-is assessments to develop a clear understanding of current processes.
• Identify pain points and opportunity areas, including potential benefits across different dimensions.
• Support business and implementation teams throughout transformation and change management processes.
• Document newly designed processes and customer journeys.
• Facilitate business meetings and workshops at various stages of projects.

The Successful Applicant:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 2-5 years of experience in process management, process improvement, or digital/process transformation projects within a corporate environment
• Familiarity with process improvement tools and frameworks
• Strong focus on detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to break down complex processes and build structured business cases
• Strong curiosity and interest in understanding end-to-end workflows across different channels
• Strong presentation skills, including experience preparing effective presentations
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, for regular business communication
• Experience in process design and data analysis is an asset
