Business Development Specialist / Senior Specialist

We are looking for a "Business Development Specialist /Senior Specialist " to be employed in our factory equipped with advanced technology in Gebze Organized Industrial Zone.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus),
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Minimum of 5 years of total work experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry,
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills,
• Closely follows industry trends and global pharmaceutical developments,
• Residing in or willing to relocate to the Anatolian side of Istanbul or Gebze/Kocaeli region.

• JOB DESCRIPTION
• Monitoring new molecules and treatment trends in line with the company’s product portfolio and pipeline,
• Managing communication with suppliers after the selection of API for R&D use; ensuring documentation and raw material supply, overseeing operational steps, and handling contract processes,
• Conducting feasibility studies for potential in-licensing or technology transfer opportunities and managing negotiations with relevant companies,
• Reviewing, interpreting, and negotiating license and technology transfer agreements until finalization and signature,
• Identifying potential business partners and customers to optimize production capacity utilization,
• Coordinating with CROs and clinical research organizations regarding bioequivalence and clinical trials for R&D products,
• Ensuring coordination between departments during the execution of business development processes,
• Following up and managing the progress of technology transfer and R&D projects in coordination with related departments.
