Regnum Hotels, one of the leading luxury hospitality brands located in the Belek Tourism Center, is seeking a passionate, guest-focused, and detail-orientedÀ La Carte Restaurant Reservation Agent to join its professional team at Regnum Carya and Regnum The Crown.
Qualifications
• Graduate of a university, tourism vocational school, tourism high school, or high school.
• Good command of spoken and written English; knowledge of German and/or Russian is considered an asset.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, or guest service operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Guest satisfaction-oriented with a professional and service-minded approach.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and hotel reservation systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservation records.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and teamwork orientation.
• Well-groomed appearance and commitment to service excellence.
Job Description
• Manage all reservation requests for à la carte restaurants through telephone, email, guest applications, and face-to-face communication.
• Ensure all reservations are accurately recorded and updated in the reservation system.
• Coordinate restaurant availability and seating capacity to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Provide guests with detailed information regarding restaurant concepts, menus, operating hours, and reservation policies.
• Assist guests in selecting suitable restaurant options based on their preferences and availability.
• Handle special requests, celebrations, dietary requirements, and guest preferences with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Maintain close communication with restaurant teams to ensure smooth reservation operations and seamless guest experiences.
• Process reservation changes, cancellations, waiting lists, and no-show procedures in accordance with company standards.
• Monitor daily reservation activities and prepare operational reports when required.
• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly while maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all guest information and reservation records.
• Support the achievement of departmental goals by delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences.
This position requires a hospitality professional with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a luxury dining environment.
