Regnum Hotels, one of the prominent brands in the hospitality sector located in the Belek Tourism Centre, is looking for a Bartenders reporting to the F&B Department to join its dynamic and professional team for Regnum Carya and Regnum The Crown

Qualification

·        Minimum high school graduate, preferably a university graduate of Tourism and Hospitality programs

·        At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

·        Intermediate level in a foreign language (English, German, or Russian).

·        Follows current practices and trends related to the profession.

·        Focused on ensuring guest satisfaction.

·        Committed to providing friendly and professional service.

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·        Pays attention to personal appearance and hygiene.

·        Able to adapt to long working hours.

·        Willing to work in a shift-based system.

Job Description

·        Preparing drinks and cocktails based on guests' orders, following the correct recipes and ensuring an aesthetically pleasing and professional presentation

·        Cordially serving guests at the bar, taking orders, offering information about drink and cocktail options, and making recommendations.

·        Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar, ensuring that drink ingredients and bar equipment are stored hygienically, and keeping the bar counter tidy and functional.

·        Ensuring guests are satisfied with their drink experience, promptly addressing and solving any complaints, and enhancing the bar experience for guests.

·        Processing payment transactions for drink orders, ensuring accurate billing during the payment process.

·        Developing new drink recipes to diversify the bar menu, creating innovative cocktails, and offering guests a variety of drink options.

·        Effectively communicating with other bartenders, waitstaff, and the bar team, sharing workloads, and fostering collaboration to maintain a well-organized work environment.
