As part of our growing team, we are seeking Attorneys to join our Consulting and Litigation Departments and provide legal support to our local and international corporate clients.

All evaluation and interview processes will be conducted with strict confidentiality. Initial interviews may be conducted online.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Managing litigation and enforcement proceedings on behalf of clients
• Providing legal advice to corporate clients and guiding them through relevant legal processes
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and updating contracts and other legal documents
• Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions, legal memoranda, and risk assessments
• Preparing and reviewing documents related to corporate, commercial, and employment law matters
• Attending court hearings and following up on case files and procedural matters
• Assisting senior attorneys with complex litigation matters and legal research assignments
• Monitoring legal developments and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and regulations
• Preparing regular case status reports and keeping clients informed of relevant developments
• Communicating complex legal matters clearly and effectively to clients and colleagues
• Collaborating with team members to provide comprehensive legal support with a commercial perspective

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduated from law schools of universities
• Minimum 2-3 years of legal experience
• Advanced level written and oral English communication skills (LL.M. degree is preferred)
• In-depth expertise and experience in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, and Employment Law
• Ability to stay up to date with current legal developments and effectively adopt new methods and approaches
• Practical experience in litigation and enforcement proceedings
• Strong skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and revision
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with a confident and professional manner
• Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to continuous professional development
• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
