GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

TAB Food Industry and Trade Inc. was established in 1994 and opened its first BURGER KING restaurant in Istanbul in 1995. Today, TAB Gıda is the leader in the sector in terms of the number of restaurants and customer volume. TAB Gıda continues to grow its impact through the brands Sbarro, Popeyes, Arby's, and Subway, which joined the company after Burger King, as well as the Usta Dönerci and Usta Pideci brands it created in-house.

We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant Specialist with the following qualifications to join the Human Resources Department of our company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes,
• Maintaining and updating the candidate database and applicant tracking system,
• Effectively using recruitment tools,
• Organizing and conducting onboarding and orientation programs for new hires,
• Supporting performance management, training & development, and employee engagement activities,
•  Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of HR reports and documentation
• Supporting employer branding and candidate experience initiatives,
• Contributing to HR projects aimed at improving employee experience and organizational culture.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university,
• Internship experience or a minimum of one year of professional experience in Human Resources is preferred,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Fluency in spoken and written English,
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills,
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills in operational processes,
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team,
• Familiarity with digital recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, etc.).
