Within the scope of theIstanbul Airport General Aviation Project, we are seeking a highly qualifiedAssistant Manager to deliver exclusive food & beverage experiences to VIP / C-VIP guests and to play an active role in the pre-opening phase.
Job Description
Lead the daily planning, organization, and on-site management of VIP / C-VIP Food & Beverage operations,
Ensure that all food & beverage services are delivered in line with luxury hospitality and premium service standards,
Monitor service quality, presentation standards, and guest satisfaction KPIs, driving continuous improvement,
Provide active field leadership during operations by guiding and supporting service teams,
Plan and manage service flows for special guests, protocol-driven visits, and high-profile operations,
Analyze guest expectations and design personalized, high-end F&B experiences accordingly,
Manage and report guest feedback, requests, and complaints with a refined and solution-oriented service approach,
Supervise compliance with hygiene, food safety, and legal regulations, ensuring continuity of quality and safety standards,
Control service areas, table setups, product presentations, and visual standards to ensure flawless execution,
Coordinate closely with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure seamless service delivery,
Observe team performance, provide guidance, and coach staff to enhance service quality and operational excellence,
Identify potential operational risks in advance and take prompt, solution-focused action,
Represent İGA’s corporate image and premium service philosophy at the highest level in all direct guest touchpoints,
Manage service processes with full adherence to confidentiality, protocol, and security requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations within luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or premium hospitality environments,
Proven managerial experience in roles such as F&B Outlet Manager, Assistant F&B Manager, or similar supervisory positions,
Experience working with VIP / C-VIP guest profiles, special events, or high-profile operations,
Advanced knowledge of luxury service standards, service protocols, and guest experience management,
Strong operational expertise in managing hygiene, food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance processes,
Excellent organizational skills in team planning, shift management, performance monitoring, and field leadership,
Experience in tracking guest satisfaction KPIs, service quality metrics, and feedback analysis,
Ability to make sound decisions and take initiative in high-pressure, fast-paced operational environments,
Strong communication, representation, and stakeholder management skills,
High discipline in working within environments requiring confidentiality, protocol awareness, and security sensitivity,
Advanced proficiency in English (a second foreign language is a strong asset),
Strong personal presentation skills with a professional appearance and high representational capability.
