GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- At least a high school or university graduate
- Proficient in written and spoken Russian and English
- Preferably with sales experience in areas such as Hair Transplantation, Plastic Surgery, and Dental treatments
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work with a goal- and result-oriented approach in sales
- Team player, highly motivated, and open to development
- We are looking for a RUSSIAN-SPEAKING SALES SPECIALIST.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide information and complete sales in line with the clinic’s service policies by managing data from various channels, ensuring patient satisfaction and trust.
- Achieve sales targets and work towards accomplishing them.
- Facilitate communication between patients and doctors, preparing treatment plans with physicians.
- Respond to emails from patients and conduct phone and WhatsApp conversations regularly and carefully.
- Respond to patient questions and requests in a timely manner.
- Transfer patient processes (transfer, accommodation, surgery) to the relevant departments.
- Monitor patient satisfaction before and after treatment and provide support when necessary.
High earning potential with a foreign currency-based commission system.
