JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities on the floor to ensure all areas meet company standards.

·         Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.

·         Assign tasks and manage the scheduling of housekeeping staff.

·         Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping team members.

·         Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

·         Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; report shortages and needs.

·         Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation policies.

·         Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.

·         Prepare reports on housekeeping activities and staff performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.

·         Strong leadership and team management skills.

·         Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

·         Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.

Preferred:

·         High school diploma or equivalent.

·         Experience in hospitality or hotel environment.

·         Physical Requirements:

·         Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.

·         Capability to handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely.
