Description Of Responsibilities
- Daily, weekly, monthly reporting to BM
- Supports the execution of all launches and re-launch activities as planned
- Work on the event strategy for key launches & occasions throughout the consumer journey
- Manage different types of events; store opening events, influencer events, masterclasses, workshops, retail events…
- Brief and Manage the agencies for all events projects (Both retail events and PR events)
- Maintaining events recap, templates and presentations
- Competitive intelligence on local competitor activations
- Secure maximum visibility of the key categories especially during “BIG BETS” & Promotional Activities
- Manage all instore activities new collection, commercial activities from start to finish in line with the marketing plan and regional recommendations
- Work in team with marketing in proactive way to guarantee that all VM tools are set accordingly on existing, new doors openings and renovations
- Define VM strategy with action plans and timings for each major launches, respecting required timescales and deadlines.
- Manage PR agencies and coordinate media relations
- Communicate with influencers in order to track PR activities
- Prepare and coordinate the brand’s press relations, plans and prepare the required PR reports
- Analyse media monitoring reports and inform related parties regarding topics
- Communicate regularly with field & regional team
Qualifications
- 4 years’ university degree and excellent communication skills in English
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing
- Good knowledge and interest for the beauty industry
- Very good analytical skills
- Very good knowledge of Office programs (esp. Excel and PowerPoint)
- Creative, ambitious and motivated, dynamism and team spirit
- Proactive, well organized, detail oriented and ability to work under tight deadlines
