Your Responsibilities

/Active customizing and configuration on SAP CRM on prem

/Collect requirements from business stakeholder, documentation of completed works

/Support for quality assurance and system testing and project implementation, assist with user acceptance testing and project implementation

/Support IT Product Owner and Agile Coach in an Agile ecosystem, training opportunity for Microsoft Dynamics 360

/Supplying necessary manuals and technical documentation in Jira, Confluence etc.

Your Profile

/Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a similar discipline

/Excellent speaking, writing and editing skills both of in Turkish and English

/Strong communication and presentation skills

/Multi-tasked, result oriented & focused, self motivated
