We are currently recruting for a "Finance Specialist" to take part in financial planning and analysis processes, located in Sarıyer/İstanbul.

As Job Description, You Will;

• Control the works under the responsibility of the Finance & Accounting departments.
• Provide the preparation of annual budgets and the preparation of branch and department evaluation reports.
• Create and monitor internal control procedures.
• Ensure the preparation of financial statements and monthly management reports.
• Prepare monthly HFM reports, create US GAAP trial balance.
• Create various analysis reports.
• Coordinate with auditors (independent auditors and OTIS auditors).
• Change in the legislation given by the top manager / managers to whom they are affiliated, ensure the fulfillment of new duties and responsibilities related to the first company policies.
• Establishing an operational and financial platform to drive the annual budget which is then maintained through the monthly forecasting cycles.
• Interpreting and analyzing month end variences against the forecast and plan using the operational and financial platforms.
• Highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Driving the delivery of productivity, efficiency improvements and cost management across the business to ensure plan and forecasts are met.
• Preparing and presenting business and operational reviews.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• At least 3 years of Finance experience.
• Strong FP&A experience, including operational & financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and risk management.
• Ability to communicate complicated financial information to non-finance professionals.
