Accounting Specialist – Inventory Controlling

We are now seeking for a Accounting Specialist to be a part of our Inventory Controlling team. The main responsibilities and the specifications for the role are shared below:

Main Responsibilities

• Inventory controlling for raw material, end product, deposit and advertising materials in the warehouses of CCI and 3rd party companies.
• Planning and organizing the inventory controlling in terms of time planning and participants.
• Controlling, taking corrective actions, ensuring the signatures and archiving the reports.
• Planning and actualizing distributor visits.
• Organizing and actualizing spare part inventories.
• Actualizing fixed-assets inventories once in a year with related warehouse responsible, taking related actions.
• Kicking off the RFA process for the inventories and fixed assets, joining the disposal process which are planned out of the company environment, ensuring and controlling the records.
• Controlling, approving junk delivery and documents. Ensuring the invoicing of products, deposits, damaged products and etc.
• Preparing and sharing financial control reports.

Specifications

• Undergraduate Degree (preferably Business Administration & Economics)
• Willingness to be a part of an energetic and dynamic environment
• Good command of English
• Knowledge about warehouse management and accounting,
• Strong communication, teamwork, planning and organization skills
• CPA certificate is an asset
• Good command of SAP & Microsoft Office programs
• The role requires active driving and travel.
