Quality Engineer

We are looking for a "Quality Engineer" with the following qualifications to be assigned to our Gebze Factory.

If you have;

• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering)
• Min. 3 years of experience, especially in production and automotive industry
• Experience in quality processes related to welding and assembly operations
• Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO/IATF 16949 (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D)
• Knowledge of Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, etc.)
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and Ford Q1 requirements
• Broad understanding of technical drawings
• Experience with 3D measurement equipment and measurement methods
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving techniques, analytical thinking skills, team-player and result-oriented

In addition, if you have leadership and management capabilities, strong time management and teamwork skills, analytical thinking abilities, and a people-oriented approach, you may be the"Quality Engineer" we are looking for!

The duties you will be responsible for when you join Diniz Adient as a "Quality Engineer";

• Maintaining test records, analyzing data, approving and reporting results
• Supporting/Leading PPAP, APQP,8D, SPC and Control Plan preparation activities
• Customer Quality activities in cooperation with Project Management
• Participating in 8D activities and executing
• Ensure that the products meet quality requirements
• Analyze, give feedback and start corrective actions based on measurement and test data
• Performing MSA studies and following corrective actions
