QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Contract Law, and financial transactions,

• Proven experience in managing legal processes within a holding company or multi-company group structure,

• Proven experience in legal matters related to the maritime sector, particularlyship sale and purchase transactions,

• Advanced proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills,

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and legal research / litigation tracking systems,

• Strong knowledge of company incorporation and corporate structuring, legal compliance, contract management, legal risk analysis, and dispute management,

• Strong negotiation, representation, legal assessment, and problem-solving skills,

• Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a results- and solution-oriented approach,

• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and work collaboratively with different departments,

• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment and effectively manage multiple legal processes simultaneously.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and oversee litigation, enforcement proceedings, disputes, and other legal matters involving or potentially involving the Company,

• Manage the legal aspects of the establishment and structuring of the Company, subsidiaries, affiliates, branches, and other legal entities,

• Provide legal advice on Corporate Law matters, including general assembly and board resolutions, share transfers, changes in partnership structures, and corporate decision-making processes,

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate domestic and international contracts to which the Company is a party,

• Provide legal advice and support regarding transactions with banks, financial institutions, and other corporate stakeholders,

• Follow and manage legal processes in the maritime sector; oversee the legal aspects of ship sale and purchase transactions and follow up on the relevant agreements, documentation, and official procedures,

• Monitor the Company’s legal compliance processes, track legislative and regulatory developments, and inform relevant departments of applicable changes,

• Manage legal matters relating to intellectual property rights, property rights, and commercial rights and obligations,

• Provide regular legal advice and counsel to senior management regarding legal risks, potential disputes, contractual matters, and strategic decision-making processes,
