Who We Are?

As a global company manufacturing scaffolding systems for the construction sector, we are seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the quality of our production processes and ensure our products comply with relevant standards.

Purpose of the Position

To ensure quality assurance across all production stages—from raw materials to final shipment—and to guarantee that our products meet applicable standards, customer specifications, and legal regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical and Materials, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
• At least 10 years of quality-related experience in metalworking, automotive, steel structures, or a similar heavy manufacturing sector, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
• Proficient in ISO 9001, TS EN 1090, and factory production control processes
• Knowledgeable in welding quality and welded manufacturing standards (e.g., ISO 3834)
• Preferably holds internal auditor/lead auditor certification(s)
• Competent in using quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D
• Experienced with measuring instruments and calibration systems
• Analytical thinker, problem-solving oriented, with strong communication skills, particularly with the production floor
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/quality management software
• Fluent in English (knowledge of German is an asset)

Responsibilities

• Leading the definition and achievement of the company’s quality objectives
• Managing quality assurance, quality control, and quality system activities
• Maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (ISO 9001)
• Managing incoming raw material inspections and supplier evaluations
• Overseeing welding quality and welding procedures (WPS/WPQR, welder qualifications)
• Managing dimensional inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT), and mechanical testing processes
• Supervising the quality of galvanizing and paint coatings (coating thickness, surface inspection)
• Ensuring product compliance with relevant standards (e.g., AENOR, NF, DIBt, EN ISO 3834, EN 1090, TS EN 12810, TS EN...)
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards for corporation and manage CE marking and product certification processes
• Manage non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions, and conduct root cause analysis
• Plan internal audits and prepare for audits by customers and certification bodies.
• Monitor customer complaints and field feedback
• Build, manage, and develop the quality team; provide quality-related training to production staff
• Track quality performance indicators, report to senior management, and implement necessary actions
• Monitor and analyze quality-related costs and develop improvement projects
