Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a strategic, people-focused, and experienced Human Resources Manager to join the dynamic and international environment of Hyatt Regency Istanbul Ataköy. This role will play a key part in managing our HR operations, enhancing employee experience, and supporting the achievement of organizational goals.

Job Description:
• Manage all strategic and operational HR processes within the hotel
• Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Hyatt standards
• Develop and implement employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives
• Act as a trusted advisor to department heads on HR-related matters
• Foster interdepartmental collaboration and help maintain a positive work culture
• Prepare and present regular HR analytics and reports

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in international hotel chains
• In-depth knowledge of Turkish labor law and modern HR practices
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in team management and development
• High level of professionalism and discretion
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems is a plus
