English-Speaking Housekeeper / Family Assistant (Bodrum – Kumbahçe)

We are a family living in Bodrum (Kumbahçe) with two lovely children (ages 5 and 8). We are looking for a warm, energetic and reliableEnglish-speaking housekeeper / family assistant who can build a genuine, caring bond with our children.

Our most important requirement

The key requirement for this role is native or near-native fluency in English. We want our children to grow up in a natural, everyday English-speaking environment, so we are looking for someone who can communicate with them fluently, naturally and warmly. Being patient, caring and great with children is at the heart of this role.

About our family

Our children are at school on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. After school they attend sports activities or spend time on homework and play at home. We handle school runs, transportation, grocery shopping and other errands ourselves.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with the children in English and joining their daily activities
• Daily household chores, cleaning, laundry and keeping the home tidy and organized
• Preparing healthy, delicious family meals

What we are looking for

• Native or near-native English (this is a prerequisite)
• Warm, patient and strong communication with children
• Friendly, energetic, reliable and responsible
• Someone who values a long-term working relationship

Working & living arrangements

We are open to both live-in and daytime arrangements. For live-in candidates, we offer a fully private, furnished 1-bedroom guest house (independent living space, swimming pool, peaceful surroundings). Meals are provided at home.

Open to candidates living in Bodrum or willing to relocate.

Compensation & terms

• Monthly net salary: TRY 40,000 – 60,000 (based on experience and arrangement)
• 1-month probation period; salary may increase based on mutual satisfaction
