Qualifications
- 4th-year student in Business Administration, Economics, or a related Social Sciences department from a reputable university
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
- No travel restrictions
- No military service obligation for male candidates
Job Description
- Support the learning and development cycle across the related function
- Analyze training needs and requests
- Proper planning and follow-up of the Global Audit Training Curriculum within KPMG Türkiye
- Assist in the preparation of the training plan and training budget
- Manage training program schedules
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of all training materials
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs
- Communicate and coordinate with training and event organizations
