What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member

• Supporting the Growth team’s decision-support and analytics activities, including data collection, cleaning, and basic analysis
• Contributing to the process of transforming analytical outputs into reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Conducting market, competitor, and technology research; compiling benchmarks and resources
• Assisting with project tracking: meeting minutes, action item follow-up, documentation, and regular reporting
• Supporting the team in small-scale experiments or Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives utilizing AI and analytics tools

What kind of teammate are we looking for

• Entering the final year of studies in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Econometrics, Statistics, or related fields,
• Proficient in English,
• Able to work at least 3.5 days a week,
• Able to come to the office 2–3 days a week under a hybrid work arrangement,
• Possessing strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiar with SQL, Python, or a data visualization tool (Power BI/Tableau)—proficiency in just one is sufficient; knowledge of all is not required,
• Willing to incorporate AI tools (e.g., Claude) into daily tasks,
• A team player who is responsible and eager to learn,
• Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills,
• Residing in Istanbul.
