Operations Coordinator (Istanbul)

About Us
We are a world leader in pest control and pest management solutions, and we are expanding our operations in Türkiye. We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to keep our Istanbul office running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will support our sales and service teams and work closely with management and our regional support team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations: correspondence, phone and email traffic, filing and archiving, courier and shipment tracking, and office supplies
• Schedule technician visits and prepare quotes, service reports, and customer documents to support field operations
• Support the sales team with customer follow-up, quotations, and contract paperwork
• Keep customer, task, and service records accurate and up to date in our ERP system
• Collect and organize invoices, receipts, and payment records, and coordinate with our accountant and finance team
• Maintain technical and regulatory records, including pesticide documentation, permits, licenses, and customer audit files
• Coordinate with HR on administrative matters related to staff
• Prepare simple daily and weekly activity reports for management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, Chemistry, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with an ERP or CRM system, or a willingness to learn quickly
• Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills, with close attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A team player who is comfortable working with colleagues in other countries
• Responsible and proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
