This role will support the production in a specific kitchen section and assist senior chefs in daily operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation within the assigned section
- Follow directions from the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef during daily operations
- Prepare dishes in line with recipes and portioning guidelines
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Adhere to all food safety procedures and HACCP protocols
- Monitor product needs and report shortages
- Provide flexibility and support across different kitchen stations when needed
- Contribute positively to the kitchen team with professionalism and teamwork
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen
- Basic culinary knowledge with a willingness to learn and grow
- Team-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to cleanliness, organization, and food hygiene
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment
- English language proficiency is preferred

- Strong attention to detail in food quality and presentation
