Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Move Category sourcing strategy and risk management for Turkey.
• Own the E2E contract process.
• Own supplier relationships and supervise supply processes.
• Manage the annual budget planning.
• Support productivity pipeline and deliverables.
• Introduce and develop new/existing logistics suppliers, manage the relationships, resolve supply/quality issues, and supervise supply processes.
• Manage customs broker agreements.
• Support the move team in reporting financial figures to local/sector finance.
• Maintain up-to-date market intelligence to manage price risks.
• Share relevant information to prepare monthly KPI reports.
• Reconcile weekly supplier invoices and track invoices with finance.
• Coordinate with the logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement.
• Proven ability to lead strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier relationship management, and total cost of ownership projects.
• Strong drive for results, with the ability to communicate persuasively, overcome barriers, and leverage business insights to achieve objectives.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and build productive networks.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork and remote team leadership capabilities.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate and drive projects while developing the capabilities of others.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for business purposes.
