Receptionist / Front Office Agent

InterContinental Grand Ankara 

We are looking for a Receptionist / Front Office Agent to join the Front Office Department of our hotel operating with international hospitality standards. The ideal candidate should be guest-oriented, service-focused, and able to adapt to a dynamic hotel environment.

Job Description

• Managing check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with hotel standards
• Welcoming guests professionally and delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Handling guest requests, reservations, and payment processes effectively
• Managing telephone and e-mail communication professionally
• Supporting daily Front Office operations and teamwork
• Ensuring guest satisfaction with a positive and solution-oriented approach
• Following brand standarts and Front Office procesures professionally
• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in guest relations
• Creating memorable guest experiences through personalized service

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Front Office or hospitality operations is preferred
• Strong communication and guest relations skills
• Good command of English is preferred
• Able to work in shifts
• Well-groomed and attentive to personal presentation standards
• Team-oriented, responsible, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Able to follow operational and service standards professionally
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction.
