Sales Support Specialist (Fixed Term)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide customer support for SAP S/4 HANA Public system inquiries,
• Analyze user issues, resolve them, or escalate to relevant teams,
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective and timely communication,
• Contribute to internal processes and prepare reports.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Communications, Commerce, or a related field
• Basic knowledge and experience with SAP S/4 HANA Public
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles
• Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, and team player
• Fluent/Proficient in English and Turkish
