F&B Reservation Agent

Now, we are hiring F&B Reservation Agent to join us in Bodrum.

Core Activities

• Handle all incoming reservation calls and respond promptly to email inquiries

• Accurately record guest information and special requests in the reservation system

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports

• Keep the reservation system up to date (e.g. SevenRooms, OpenTable, etc.)

• Coordinate reservation details with the operational team

• Collect and organize detailed information for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, and group bookings, ensuring proper communication with relevant departments

• Identify VIP guests and communicate their preferences and needs in advance

• Support table planning and seating arrangements based on reservation flow

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)

• Familiarity with reservation software systems is an advantage

• Strong guest service orientation with a warm and professional demeanor

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and systematic in work habits

• Capable of remaining calm and solution-focused during peak hours

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
