WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

*The position will be located in Göcek.

• Graduate of Hotel School or college degree,
• Preferably a candidate who has previously performed a similar job in a 5-Star Luxury Hotels,
• Must be comfortable in working flexible hours in every shift,
• Fluent English both written and spoken,
• Good command of Opera and Microsoft Office,
• Good team player, working well with other departments and co-workers,
• Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines of hotel industry.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...

•          Responsible for smooth functioning of front desk counter, giving a prompt and proper service to guests and coordinates with the front office departments,
•          Ensuring that the guests depart the hotel with a positive impression of hotel service,
•          Ensuring front desk work area is kept clean and in an orderly state at all time,
•          Ensure that both the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments,
•          Communicates with the other sections in the front office department, 
•          Be able to handle the cash exchange, 
•          Must attend to work in the complete uniforms which is in perfect condition, neat appearance and grooming, 
•          Must attend daily line-up, front office’s meeting and hotel’s training, 
•          Maintain professional image while on duty with well grooming hygiene and prescribed uniform.
