About Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our organization as a B2B Sales Excellence & Customer Experience Senior Expert.

This role is responsible for strengthening sales excellence capabilities, enhancing customer experience processes, and driving Microsoft CRM effectiveness across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong B2B sales expertise with strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and hands-on Microsoft CRM experience.

The position will also work closely with the Managing Director, contributing to strategic initiatives, business planning, and organizational transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of B2B sales excellence processes and standards
  • Drive Microsoft CRM effectiveness and ensure best-practice usage across the sales organization
  • Act as the key focal point for Microsoft CRM management, optimization, and adoption
  • Support the implementation and internalization of customer-centric sales methodologies
  • Analyze sales performance, customer data, and market trends to generate actionable insights
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and performance tracking mechanisms to support decision-making
  • Train, coach, and guide sales teams on CRM tools, sales processes, and customer experience practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer service, and leadership teams
  • Support the Managing Director in strategic planning, operational follow-up, and business development initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer journey, operational efficiency, and commercial performance 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales, sales excellence, CRM, or customer experience functions
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft CRM platforms
  • Proven experience in CRM adoption, sales process optimization, and commercial excellence projects
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer experience transformation and process improvement projects
  • Knowledge of sales analytics and performance management tools
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership and executive management
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
