Receptionist – Mövenpick Hotel İzmir

We are looking for a professional, guest-oriented Receptionist to join our Front Office team at Mövenpick Hotel İzmir.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring smooth front desk operations, and maintaining the high service standards of our hotel.

General Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma, preferably in Tourism or Hospitality Management
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in a 5-star hotel
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Opera Property Management System (PMS)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Guest-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts

Roles and Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a professional check-in and check-out experience
• Manage guest room assignments, and billing transactions using Opera PMS
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
• Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information about hotel services and facilities
• Address guest concerns effectively to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest service
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand service standards
• Contribute to a positive guest experience through attentive and personalized service
