General Qualifications:

• Preferably a graduate of Tourism and Hotel Management or a related field,
• Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or similar positions is an asset,
• Strong guest relations and communication skills,
• Basic knowledge of cashier operations or willingness to learn,
• Fluent in English and Russian,
• Presentable, friendly, and with strong interpersonal skills,
• Able to work flexible hours and shifts,
• Well-groomed and attentive to personal appearance,
• A team player with a solution-oriented mindset,
• Preferably residing in or able to relocate to the hotel’s location

Job Description:

• Welcome guests to the restaurant, manage reservations, and escort them to their tables,
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction at the first point of contact,
• Manage table planning and waiting lists during busy periods,
• Communicate guest requests to relevant departments and follow up,
• Handle billing and payment processes as part of cashier duties,
• Accurately process cash, credit card, and other payment methods,
• Support daily cash register opening and closing procedures,
• Deliver service in line with hotel and restaurant standards,
• Handle guest complaints promptly and effectively or escalate when necessary
