We are hiring English Speaker Executive Assistant !

What does an Executive Assistan?

• Primary responsibility of supporting CEO,
• Doing necessary market research for potential countries,
• Scheduling international appointments, internationa interviews, and teleconferences,
• Arranging travel, visas, accommodation, transport,
• Coordinate purchasing order and approval processes.
• Assist with event planning and execution.

What are the qualifications we look for in an Executive Assistant? 

• Bachelor’s degree in related departments of universities,
• Excellent command of both written and oral English,
• Experience in similar jobs is a big plus,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems,
• Exhibits confidence, composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment,
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills,
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel,
• Excellent multi-tasking skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
• Team the player with a positive attitude,
• Ability to work flexible schedules.
• Extremely detail oriented and organized, good in time management.
