This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our İstanbul office. (At least 2 days in the office and 1 day remote each week)

What The Day Will Look Like

As a Marketing Intern on our Aon Türkiye Marketing and Strategy team, you will;

• Create and adapt marketing content including social media posts, presentations and internal communications
• Support the planning and execution of local campaigns, events and strategic initiatives
• Research market trends, industry developments and competitor activity to inform team strategy
• Assist with project coordination — tracking deadlines, maintaining assets and supporting day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to ensure smooth delivery of marketing activities

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

We look for interns who are keen to meet and collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. They want to learn about different areas of work, get hands-on experience and acquire practical skills to help them make decisions about, and prepare for, their futures.

• Currently enrolled in a university programme in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English
• Organised, detail-oriented and reliable — able to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
• Collaborative, curious and eager to contribute ideas and learn from those around you
