EXPORT SPECIALIST

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary "Export Specialist" to contribute to the growth strategies of our company, which operates on a global scale in the agricultural and crop protection (pesticide/agrichemical) sector with international capital and maintains a steady growth trend.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a Faculty of Agriculture (Agricultural Engineering),
•  Preferably with prior experience in the Crop Protection/Agrichemical sector,
•  At least 2 years of experience in foreign trade and sales,
•  Fluent in Arabic-Turkish or English-Turkish. Knowing all three languages will be an asset,
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent persuasion and representation abilities,
• Disciplined, responsible, and capable of adapting to an intensive work tempo,
• High organization and planning skills,
• Capable of managing export processes, with strong tracking and reporting skills,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications,
• No restrictions for travel,
• Active driver with a Class B driving license,
• Military service completed (for male candidates),?Residing or willing to reside in Niğde or Adana.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Determining and implementing international marketing policies in line with our company's strategic growth targets and achieving sales goals,
• Conducting sectoral analyses and competitor research in target markets,
• Conducting international commercial negotiations to ensure product supply to markets identified as a result of research,
• Monitoring export operations and processes in coordination with relevant departments,
• Developing new market and product projects to increase our company's profitability and effectiveness in the global market, and performing necessary correspondence, filing, and archiving,
• Ensuring that customer orders are received completely and on time, and tracking the operational processes related to the orders,
• Analyzing customer expectations accurately and providing value-added services and solutions.
