Your Responsibilities

/ Support R&D Turkey in plastic material evaluations, development, and approvals
/ Conduct lab testing, research, and analysis for material and product design
/ Evaluate alternative plastic materials regarding technical, cost, and sustainability goals
/ Balance manufacturability, performance, cost, and time-to-market parameters
/ Participate actively in material validation and technical decision processes
Your Profiles
/ PhD student in Materials, Metallurgy, Polymer, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
/ Knowledgeable in polymer raw materials, additive tech, and plastic processing methods
/ Eager to lead hands-on laboratory work, test planning, and execution
/ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional team skills
/ Proactive, fluent in English, and able to work on-site (Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ) at least 4 days per week (additional availability is a plus)
