We are looking for Front Desk Agent D Maris Bay,
- Graduate of a Hotel Management School or relevant university degree
- Previous experience in a 5-star luxury hotel environment is strongly preferred
- Comfortable working flexible shifts (AM/PM/Night) in a dynamic operation
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; additional languages are an asset
- Good command of Opera PMS and Microsoft Office
- Strong team spirit with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across departments
- Composed and solution-oriented under pressure, with the ability to manage peak operational flow with elegance

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...
- Ensure the seamless and efficient operation of the Front Desk, delivering prompt, personalized and effortless service at every guest interaction
- Create memorable arrival and departure experiences, ensuring each guest leaves with a lasting positive impression of the hotel
- Maintain an immaculate, organized and guest-ready Front Desk environment at all times
- Proactively communicate relevant guest feedback, service opportunities and operational updates to the Front Office Manager and Supervisors
- Coordinate closely with all Front Office sections and related departments to ensure flawless service flow
- Perform cash handling responsibilities accurately and responsibly, ensuring full compliance with hotel policies and financial control standards
- Attend daily line-ups, departmental meetings and required trainings, contributing actively to team alignment and service excellence
- Uphold impeccable grooming, hygiene and uniform standards, maintaining a confident and professional presence on the floor at all times
