• Have proven experience in a supervisory role within a high-end, fast-paced bar environment.
• Possess excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations.
• Be able to supervise and inspire a team, creating a positive and supportive environment.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with both guests and colleagues.
• Demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong passion for hospitality.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English,

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...

• Deliver exceptional and personalised service to guests, ensuring every interaction is engaging and memorable.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverages, offering recommendations and supporting the team in service delivery.
• Supervise the bar team during service, ensuring smooth operations and consistent quality.
• Lead by example, maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times.
• Train, guide, and mentor junior team members, supporting their development and ensuring adherence to Il Gattopardo standards.
• Support the Assistant Bar Manager and Head of Bars with daily operations, including stock control, inventory checks, and accurate record keeping.
• Assist in verifying beverage deliveries and invoices in line with company processes.
• Ensure that all hygiene, safety, and operational standards are maintained at all times.
• Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture where staff feel supported and inspired.
• Contribute to menu development, offering creative suggestions and staying aware of industry trends and guest preferences.
