Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join the Element4 team and provide operational support to the sales department, ensuring the efficient coordination and execution of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate requests with relevant departments.
• Manage and follow up on customer orders and quotation requests.
• Prepare and maintain price quotations, order forms, and sales-related documentation.
• Coordinate and monitor customer orders throughout the production, shipment, and delivery processes in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain up-to-date customer databases and sales records.
• Support the maintenance of existing customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Ensure effective coordination between the sales, production, logistics, and finance departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or customer relations.
• Experience in the manufacturing or production industry is preferred.
• Proven experience in quotation preparation, order management, and customer follow-up processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
