"We are looking for a “Sales Support Specialist" to join the Türkiye operations of a global leader in the petrochemical and chemical raw materials industry.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Order Creation and Logistics Coordination: Creating orders using ERP systems and collaborating with the logistics department to organize transportation and shipments.
• Shipment Documentation: Preparing and supporting shipment documentation in compliance with customers' payment terms and Incoterms.
• Payment Tracking: Following up on customer payments and coordinating closely with the finance department.
• Sales Reporting: Preparing and providing sales figures and performance reports to the sales teams.
• Customer Support: Supporting customers by troubleshooting issues related to orders, accounts, and other operational inquiries.
• Administrative and Project Support: Participating in projects and coordinating meeting schedules, travel arrangements, mail/courier services, and other administrative activities as needed.
• Documentation and Archiving: Organizing, filing, and maintaining company documents and records.
• Office Management and Procurement: Handling general office management tasks and purchasing office tools and equipment when necessary.

Your Profile

• Education: University / College degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Language Skills: Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in computer software systems, including MS Office Suite (specifically MS Excel).
• System and Domain Knowledge: Solid knowledge of SAP and Incoterms.
• Experience: Ideally at least 2 years of experience in sales support and/or marketing support operations.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a dedicated service orientation.
• Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Work Style: Flexible team player; result-oriented, highly self-motivated, with strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
