We are looking for a Site HR Services Specialist for our partner,an international leader in the taste & nutrition innovation sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Workforce Coordination
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for site roles across functions.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, pre-employment documentation, and onboarding steps.
- Maintain workforce dashboards, recruitment trackers, and hiring-related reports.
- Collaborate with recruitment agencies or third-party workforce providers when needed.
2. On-Site HR Operations & Employee Support
- Serve as the first point of contact on-site for employees regarding HR processes, policies, time & attendance, and general inquiries.
- Support new hire onboarding, orientation sessions, and site familiarization.
- Ensure visible HR presence across operational areas and escalate issues appropriately.
- Support training logistics and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
3. Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Support the onboarding/offboarding process for contractors and ensure necessary documents are recorded.
- Maintain vendor files and follow up on service-level expectations.
4. HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and compliance files.
- Track, collect, and record payroll-related data (attendance, shift changes, allowances, overtime, leave records, variable pay inputs, contract changes, etc.)
- Track probation periods, contract timelines, and mandatory training completion.
- Support internal and external audit preparations.
- Assist with preparing and communicating policies, HR notices, and site updates.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in HR operations, site administration, or employee services.
- Experience in operations-focused environments (manufacturing, logistics, or similar) preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work on-site daily.
